Our business started over 30 years ago in the small Scottish-American community of Dunedin, on the west coast of Florida. Our name came from the Gaelic name for the city of Edinburgh, before it was anglicized. The city name Dunedin can be found both in the USA and New Zealand.
Our shop originally named for the city, after 30 years has now taken that identity, by simply being called Dunedin by our many friends and customers.
As we grew, in 1993 we moved to a location just north of the Tampa International Airport. In 2004, we moved to our present location at the corner of I-4 and Martin Luther King Blvd, near the Florida State Fairgrounds. When you are in the neighborhood, feel free to drop in and say hello.
