Your order is very important to us and we know it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation message via e-mail letting you know that your order is being processed. Complete orders will be shipped immediately. We will hold incomplete orders for only a short period so that we may ship all your items together. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost. If there are unusual delays or problems with any items, we will stay in touch with you with all updates.
We will do everything possible to get ALL items to you on time or inform you immediately if it will not be possible to deliver an order prior to a specified date. Always be sure to let us know when a specific order is needed for a special date.
Products shipped to addresses in the continental United States are carried by US Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. Under certain circumstances, other carriers may be used in order to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Charges for shipping are as follows:
- First Item Charge: $5.00
- Additional Items: $ .50/per item
Note: Products shipped to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam are shipped UPS 2nd day Air. Products shipped to APO/FPO and international addresses will be sent via US Mail or US Priority Mail.
